  • How many cards are in one deck?

    • Each deck contains 54 cards in total:
      52 standard playing cards and 2 Joker cards.

  • What parts of the deck are customized?

    • For each order, 14 cards (the Jack, Queen, King, and Joker cards) will feature unique designs, while the remaining 40 cards (Ace through 10) will stay the same across all decks.

  • What kind of pictures do I need to upload?

    • Upload a clear photo of the person you want featured on the card. For the best results, please use a high-resolution image that is well-lit, with the person clearly visible and centered. Ensuring the person is easily recognizable will help create a high-quality, custom card that truly stands out.

  • Can I order just 1 deck?

    • Yes! You can order as few as 1 deck.

  • How long does it take to produce and ship the cards?

    • Designing your cards & production usually takes around 4 days.

      Shipping times may vary based on the destination and location accessibility. For deliveries within Europe, you can expect your order to arrive within 3 business days.

      Rest assured, we strive to ensure your order reaches you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

  • Can I request a completely custom design for the entire deck?

    • At the moment, only the Jack, Queen, King, and Joker cards are customizable. If you are looking for a fully custom-designed deck, feel free to contact us to discuss potential options.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    • 🌍 We currently only ship within Europe.

      Orders placed from outside of Europe will not be processed. This is due to shipping limitations, customs regulations, and import costs.

      Excluded Regions:

      All countries and territories outside of Europe, including but not limited to: United States, Canada, Australia, India, China, Brazil, Japan, Israel, and others.

      We do not ship to PO Box addresses.

    • Size: Poker Size (2.48″ x 3.46″)

      Material: Premium Smooth – the most commonly used cardstock on the market

      Finish: Matte smooth finish, ideal for vibrant photo printing

      Card Thickness: Approximately 0.33 mm

      Corners: Rounded with a 0.125" (3mm) radius
